MINISTRIES

Still Waters Kids is our children’s ministry for children from birth through 5th grade.

HOPE is the evangelism and outreach ministry of Still Waters Church. A portion of our weekly giving helps fund our efforts to bring people into a growing relationship with Jesus around the world. Our strategy consists of helping the poor, outreach to the community, planting churches, and evangelism around the world. We believe that Jesus has called us to love the people around us and to bring them the Good News of the gospel.

How We Support Missions

  • Starting Churches

    • Still Waters Church has financially supported and helped start 43 churches in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, Michigan, South Africa, The Netherlands, Cuba, Nicaragua, Haiti, and Ecuador. We currently support a church planting missions organization that has planted churches in Utah, New York, South Carolina, Hawaii, and Montana.

  • Helping Orphans

    • Indawo Yethemba is a children’s village in South Africa that we have helped build and continue to be a major sponsor. Dr. Bob and Joanna Graham founded and lead this children’s village that rescues and raises children whose parents died of HIV-related disease. Learn more about Indawo Yethemba by clicking here.

  • Reaching US Military

    • Tim Lee Ministries is an evangelistic ministry led and founded by Tim Lee, where he presents the Gospel to men and women in the Marines. He also travels the world speaking and spreading the Gospel to all. Click here for more info.

  • Local Outreach

    • Our church has a variety of ways that we reach the local community. We have assisted the poor, partnered with local schools, partnered with Bible colleges, fed the hungry, helped with disaster aid, assisted pregnancy resource centers, sent and many other local ministries and organizations.

Outreach To The Community

We host events each year that focus on reaching those in need in our own community. Events include providing school supplies to our partner in education, Oakland Elementary, HOPE for Families, our Christmas event for families in the community, and Love Your Neighbor weekends. These events focus on meeting needs in a variety of forms, but most often center on helping struggling families and children, in the name of Jesus

Evangelism Around The World

We place a high value on evangelism locally and around the world. We regularly design church events to help you reach people for Jesus. You may also go on a short-term missions trip with one of our teams. These trips are scheduled yearly and are designed to help you minister to the missionary in a way that empowers them to reach their community.
